Hi, thanks for stopping by. This feels like a grueling assignment from my good old days a thousand years ago,... but here goes. One of my hobbies which I love is cabinet making, house construction and fine carpentry. I love seeing a project turn out the way it should.. I make it to the gym two or three times a week and would consider myself in good shape. I like to eat healthy but Im not a fanatic. I love to read. I like to watch NFL on Sunday's, ladies you know a man has to unwind and relax a little..lol. I have a healthy sense of humour, I like watching a funny comedy or a suspenseful thriller. I would like to travel although I haven't gotten to do that as much as I would like. Family is very important to me, I'm very close with my kids I have a strong work ethic and feel satisfied after a good productive day either at home or on the job. I like to think I have a artistry flare, somewhat creative especiallywhen it comes to my home made soups or chilli. :)

I kind of live two lives. I worked in corporate America for 22 years and have since spent quite a bit of my time at the farm (except for winter). I enjoy doing a lot of different things and believe that lots of different things are fun with the right person. I especially enjoy the tailgating and game day atmosphere of college football in the fall. I am a warm weather person so prefer those seasons and enjoy heading south somewhere for a little vacation during the winter once in awhile. I do enjoy some winter sports here but summer is my favorite.I am a bit of an old fashioned guy so would enjoy meeting a woman who shares some of those same values. I enjoy a girl that is sassy, flirty (with me of course) and who is a total one man woman as I am a total one woman guy. I don't think two people should ever have to think twice about it when they are a couple. I enjoy going for apps and a drink or longer once in awhile but I also really enjoy evenings at home on the patio and later maybe the couch and a movie.

Bad puns aside, the "heavenly body" part is negotiable...a cute smile and a friendly attitude go a long way!By day, I'm a successful, hard-working software manager working on various NASA projects. By night, I can often be found listening to live music, going dancing (freestyle, or perhaps Lindy Hop or Balboa?), or exploring new places, and it would be nice to have someone special to share those times and experiences with.I am intensely interested in math and science, but not to the extent that it dominates my life -- I get enough of that in my professional life, and prefer to spend my free time on more down-to-earth pursuits. I'm a huge music lover, especially jazz, Brazilian, and African music, and love going to live performances. I also have musical aspirations of my own -- mostly playing guitar and jamming with friends at parties and so forth, but would like to play some real gigs once in a while. I like to cook, and am pretty good at it...treating my lady to a fine home-cooked meal is one of my favorite things to do!I like to travel, when I have time, and would love to see more of the world!I love hiking and generally being outside, and usually try to have a camera with me in case something particularly beautiful strikes my eye (whether it's an animal or a beautiful view, or my date!)I'm a flexible, easy-going person and would like to find someone with similar traits. I'm not a big fan of extended online courtships. If our first few interactions seem like we might be a match, why not take it to real life and see what happens? Something simple like lunch, a drink, or meeting at a club to see some music, just to see if the chemistry is right, and proceed from there.
