Initially we are attracted by looks, but its what's inside that keeps us together!I'm a 55 year old male that is in above average shape for his age because of many years of weight training. I try to eat and live a healthy life style and live life by the "Golden Rule"! I'm very witty and not shy! I'm a very well groomed man, the type that always has that good smell. I'm extremely neat and take very good care of what I own. I don't possess any bad habits, drugs, gambling or any tobacco products. I have a career, great hours and my life is in order, credit, savings etc... I'm a law abiding citizen, but still the "Bad Boy Type"! I'm very much into Motorcycle riding and its mostly what I do in my spare time. I'm a huge NASCAR & Drag Racing Fan! However, I am not into any stick & ball type sports. I don't hunt or fish, but I do like to target shoot. I even like to cook and will dance with you!     I am a diver who has been fortunate enough to have met some wonderful folks who operate a Salmon Enhancement Program here in B.C. The whole process has been an eye opening experience that, for me, has proved the validity of their program. I am a heavy equipment operator who thoroughly enjoys his work; plus it pays well. I am a better than average cook and like to experiment and try new things. I've been told by a globe trotting family friend that my Caesar Salad was the best she'd ever had. I have a large selection of music, and enjoy all genres, but not all in each genre. There is good/bad rock, good/bad classical....etc. Like the old saying goes, it's not the destination, it's the journey. Discovery is good for the soul...pun intended. I enjoy walking/hiking. Mt. I really like Songhees Point and Westsong Way and I don't get there as often as I would care to. I think the first date should be somewhere that both people feel secure in and should have other people around. That's just wisest, isn't it? Personally, I hold with the "coffee" date but coffee need not be on the menu. Something cold like iced tea or the like works for me. Perhaps include a walk somewhere near the wonderful vistas this city is so blessed with. or the Songhees frontage.

    First off, 'cause I do not want to mislead anyone, I am in decentlly athletic shape and have several big muscles. (Ok...that is funny AND weird). A walk on the beach, window shopping for old stuff, a nice meal in a quite, intimate resturant, tag-team mud wrestling, shopping for shoes...? All great choices, of course. Perhaps we should get to know a little bit about each other before we decide. If you leave it up to me we are signing up for the tag-team mud wrestling...
