I work hard during the winter and play during the summer. I love my job; not many people can say that. My problem is that I tend to put work before anything. HUGE ISSUE that I am working on solving. *Like now day off I am quickly typing some comments and doing some work.* However, I try to do more activities in the summer... not a winter person.I "love" to camp and fly-fish; basically being outdoors. I also like to relax watch a movie; action is more my style. I'm definately not afraid to try something new or challenge my fears. I enjoy to have a good time; laughing, making jokes or playing a few practical jokes. At the beginning I may seem to be shy, just give me time to know you. I've just started tying my own ties... got to start sometime. (great thing to do during the winter months in preparation for the MAY LONG)I listen to country music but open to listen to anything; well with the exception of heavy metal (if I want to hear screaming I will go visit my nephews), rap music (no comment)I have been asked what I look for in a person: it's simple.... honesty, trusting, funny, understanding (I often get called into work at a moments notice so this is very important), communication, respectful and a work ethic. I don't care if you're over weight or athletic... prove to me you have what I look for in a person, then you will gain my heart. What I do ask of someone and I promise to do the same... turn off the cell phone when I talk to you or out with you; it's respectful.Anyways, give me a message and I will message you when I get home from work. Being single and 40-something has proven to be much more fun than it was in my 20's....I have to say that having been there, done that has it's benefits. And one of those is knowing what you don't want (the what you do want is the easy part).I love to travel and get away at least once a year. I enjoy taking in concerts, watching movies and trying new restaurants. Also, entertaining at my home, as well as bringing along a bottle of wine and visiting at a friend’s house is always a good time. Enjoy most sports, and especially watch during playoffs. As this site only allows us to see one dimension of each other, it would be nice to grab a quick coffee to see if we would like to take it on a real date....too much pressure to call it a date right away.
