About Me

Looking for someone to have fun with and build a lasting relationship. I love to take care of what I have to include my home, pets, and daughters. I am always up for a Rockies, Avalanche, or Broncos game........haven't attended a ton but every so often is fun. Of course watching the Broncos at home is always a good time.I am the mom of 2 daughters 10 years and 12 years old. My girls live with me 100% of the time, no daddy drama but yes they are mine full time and are my #1 priority. Family is very important to me as I come from a large family.Looking for a genuine, nice, understanding man who can be my soft place to land and the end of the day and a shoulder to lean on if I need one..........of course I would be them same for him. I think the first date should be something very simple like coffee, a drink, or a quick lunch.

To sum it up, what you see is what you get. I am just me! I've been told I'm pretty funny, I'm fairly intelligent, articulate, well educated and can carry on a conversation in most any circle. I'm a huge Vikings fan and make no apologies for it....so accept it! I love love LOVE football, not just the Vikings. I am a girly girl to the fullest extent. I have NO desire to go hunting or fishing (I'm petrified of fish btw and have NO desire to see your fish pictures), mice scare me, I don't like snakes, but I do like camping in a camper and campfires. I love SHOES and clothes, but don't let that fool you, I am not a materialistic girl, a tish high maintenance, yes, but not greedy! That being said, I like to be treated like a lady...have my doors open, my chairs pulled out for me and general other respectful things gentleman do.I volunteer A LOT for a children's foundation, so I stay fairly busy. I'm a firm believer of paying it foward! I've been blessed greatly in life...maybe not with great riches, but with so much more! I guess it's about time to find someone to share those blessings and stories with. He doesn't have to be perfect because Lord knows I am not, but well groomed and dressed is expected! We will not be going fishing, I can tell you that! I'm horrible at making food decisions so if you want to go out to eat, it's all on you where we go :)

So this is where i make up a fake profile to get the attention of the good guys right?? Wrong.....I'm a pretty real chic! I keep things simple, life is short and nothing is as serious as it first seems! Im a strong minded, driven individual who is constantly seeking to change myself for the better, but not so much as to not enjoy how far I've already come. I can jump to **** mode at times but I'm a classy lady as well! LIL rough around the edges! I say whats on my mind so for the guys who get intimidated easily....I'm not the one you're looking for! Spontaneous and will try most things once! I always go with that gut feeling . It will never lead you in the wrong direction! If you aren't looking to meet soon thereafter talking then keep it moving. Im not wasting my conversation on someone who i never plan on meeting! Thanks for taking time to review my (real) profile and hope you catch what you're fishing for! My first date would take off once i know for sure there is a physical attraction. Dinner and drinks, shopping or going for a good workout sounds good to me or whatever we agree on!

Hello,Silly opening considering I am very down to earth. I recently moved from the Carolinas and miss them quite a bit. Why? I loooove to be outdoors. I love to hike, swim, run, camp, walk, bike...I am an artist at heart and I am very compassionate. I believe that people should treat others the way they want to be treated. My goal right now is to live life to the fullest, not to count on a computer only as a tool. My second goal is to move from this are in June. I would like to move somewhere that is somewhat more diverse, or wherever my heart takes me. Another aspiration is to become a better person. We all have things we can change about ourselves and sometimes we need reminders. I think that is fine. I welcome that. How can I fix it if I don't know it is broken. I am an artist at heart and travelled the world for 19 years. It is a great learning experience but eventually it gets old. Good friends are far away and it is nice to have a place to call home. I love music, especially live music. There are two things I cannot live without, music and laughter. If there is no laughter there is no relationship. I have written better descriptions but this will give a pretty good idea of who I am. I treat others kindly even if they are just a face on a screen so to speak. The person on the other end has feelings. Always treat someone as if it was the last time you were going to see them. I like to let people know that they look good or anything positive that I can say. I opt to find the positive in everything. I have had a very trying year and have made it. My outlook now is so different. I am proud of myself and my accomplishments.I love music, it depends on my mood.- The first date should be something special but not a nerve wracking experience. I have found it very pleasing to go out with a man who is mature but loves to laugh. The place doesn't matter it is the person you are with. For me a man who opens a door for me would be very nice. A very elegant restaurant would not make me feel special but uncomfortable. If later we click fine. McDonalds would not be acceptable. If my date would carry on a conversation and know where to take me that would be awesome. It doesn't have to be so sterile that he can't ask but I am a bit tired of telling the man where to go...I am not picky so the effort counts more than anything. A great first date does not include a movie as it doesn't help us get to know one another. Finally a first date that involves anything unexpected would be great. Something silly, fun.
