    My perfect day is waking up to my English Setter's nose at the side of the bed eager for me to take her for a walk. I have to make sure I get in a cup of coffee before putting on my sneakers or she starts barking with excitement. We normally take the long trail which is about a half hour. Upon our return she swims laps in the pool and sometimes I do also. Healthy shake for breakfast and then catch a Yoga class. Business as usual for the day.
