About Me

I'm a simple person really. I'm laid back, open minded, non judgmental. I treat others the way I want to be treated. That being said, I do not like being treated as an option or an after thought. When I'm in a relationship my "options" close and I focus 110% of my energy on that relationship. If there is any drama in your life please pass this profile. I have worked really hard the last few years to eliminate all possible drama from my life, I am not looking for more. I understand having the best relationship possible with an ex when kids are involved, but there have to be boundaries. Heads up, I have a very strong woman's intuition so if you are a player keep moving....I will catch on before you get what you are looking for. Although a long term relationship is my ultimate goal, I am open to making friends and just dating until I find that person.I am in college part time while working full time and part time. My schedule is busy, but not to busy to make time for someone special. I enjoy NASCAR and am I Cubs fan. I love going to see any sporting event in person - well unless it is the Bears in January :) I am a country music lover. I also listen to and enjoy many other types of music except hard core rap and Opera. I grew up in the 80s, who doesn't love the hairbands? I love going to concerts or seeing live bands in smaller places. Summer festivals are great for people watching and discovering new local bands.Love to be outside in warmer weather and tend to stay indoors in the colder months....unless of course I can keep warm while I am out. A nice dinner with great conversation is good. A movie in a theater now and then is great. Also just like to hang out at home and have a home cooked meal, watch a DVD or Netflix, play a game, etc. A good comedian is always a treat to watch/see. I love to laugh and smile. The endorphins released in your body when you laugh are good for you!! Always willing to try new things - ok maybe not jumping out of a plane! I am also a very affectionate person. A long gaze from across the room reminds you that I only have eyes for you. I do not mind public displays of affection with the person in my life. I am a hugger, a hand holder, a kisser, and someone who makes frequent eye contact (I have made people uncomfortable with it before - didn't mean to, just the way I am). Hopefully you are the same way. Looking to meet some new and interesting people. I don't want to give a long "grocery" list of what I'm looking for because it just doesn't seem fair to me. Everyone has their own special "something". Obviously we have to have an attraction to each other and something in common to talk about, but I really am an easy going person.
