To describe myself, in short... I'm high energy, easy going, friendly, maybe slightly competitive, ambitious, and adventurous, with a strong dislike for anything high maintenance.. If none if that is of interest to you, then let me save you some time - you're probably not going to like me very much. I moved very very recently out to BC as the result of my need for change and adventure. It's a bit of a detour from the career path I was on, but I was in need of a change of scenery. The people that know me aren't really surprised by this at all, too. I like to keep things random. I like to be kept on my toes.One of the the things I'm absolutely addicted to, for similar reasons, is traveling. I'm always planning for or working towards the next big trip. I love being able to see and try new things.That said, I can't be traveling the world all the time. When I home, I keep pretty active. I run, do hot yoga, crossfit, play "non contact" flag football and go to the gym. Two things I'd really like to have a go at are rock climbing, and wakeboarding or water skiing.Since I'm new to the area, I'm really looking to meet some new people. To be honest, I'm not intent on starting a relationship, but I suppose I'm open to it if it happens. I like to keep things light and easy. Point is, I'm more on meetville because I don't know anyone here. I'm very much the outgoing sort (super social and people oriented), so I figured I'd give this a go! Hello :) I am a nursing student who is getting ready to graduate in a few short months. I love most aspects of nursing but especially coaching mamas through labor and nutritional teaching. We'll see where I end up! Nursing is my passion and it is hard for me to spare the squeamish with some of my stories. Outside of nursing I really enjoy de-stressing through various craft projects including crocheting (No I don't own any cats....yet) and DIY home projects. My family is also pretty active and I join with them in activities like paddleboarding, snowboarding, and biking. Nursing school has also made me appreciate the simple joy of being around the table with good friends at a local dive.While this is a long shot on meetville, I am a somewhat liberal Christian who is looking for someone open to conversations on spirituality as it is a big part of the lens through which I see life.
