I am a chef, just finished my third year apprenticeship and got my red seal (yeya!) been cooking for 9 years now. I love all sorts of food as long as its seasonal and local (gotta support) however sushi and pho are amazing no matter what season.     I am currently a University student, studying education, with the hope of teaching future generations in the French language. Coffee, a nice meal, a picnic and walk through the park, anything goes as long as there is room for plenty of conversation.
