I'll be back in NE come Dec.June ***Update: Currently hiking the Appalachian Trail. I enjoy trying new things and pushing myself to new limits, both physically and mentally. I love the outdoors and don’t mind getting dirty, long hikes or backpacking trips, healthy eating, MT biking, paintball, board games, dancing, concerts. I'm not opposed to staying in, I love documentaries, enjoy reading, and I always want to learn something new. I'm really not sure what I'm looking for - be it friendship, casual dating, or something a bit more sustainable. I admit, that any actual relationship would be hard to maintain as traveling is a part of my schooling as well as my interests. In January I will be going abroad for a semester, I want very much to thru-hiking the AT in April, and my career goal is to become a P.A. doing expeditionary medicine and humanitarian work abroad. Its all very exciting but it does make the possibility of any long term relationship appear rather bleak. However, I am not one to easily give up and I'm hoping that I can find someone with similar aspirations or just someone fun to hangout with. I'm Megan, and I'm far from your typical 22 year old. I 'm an RN, working at a local hospital that I love! I've been pretty busy over the past few years as I finished nursing school. I'm not really one to go to the clubs or sit at the bar every weekend, and really don't drink, but I don't find anything wrong with going to a bar with some friends and watching a game, or having a night out to relax with good company. I'm very random, a TOTAL dork, I talk a lot, and have a very sarcastic sense of humor, but i know when to be serious. I'm always there for the people that need me, and i think that's a large reason as to why i decided to become a nurse. I have goals, dreams and plans for my future, and am working hard to make sure they all happen :) I played basketball and softball for about 10 years, and now that those days are over, I try to workout ***days a week. I love country music, and going for long random drives. I have huge respect and love for the men and women serving our country. I enjoy playing and watching sports, traveling, and trying new things. I can tend to be a picky eater, but I'll try anything once, and I especially love cooking! I draw, I take pictures, I blare my country music (The song I have for my headline for *** clean when I'm frustrated. I collect wine & shot glasses, I also have a slightly large shoe collection as well. I'm the kind of girl who loves to dress up, but has no problem rocking a t-shirt, jeans and my favorite camo hat :)All in all, I'm a pretty down to earth person who loves meeting new people! I've met too many people on here who were nothing but drama and games, and im hoping to find someone different. I'd like to actually find someone on here who is serious, upfront and honest about what they're looking for. Though I do have some mad ninja skills, I'm not a mind reader, so communication is key! :) The first date needs to be somewhere where we can talk, get to know each other...i guess we'd just have to just figure it out when it happens :)
