If I had to choose one work to describe my lifestyle it would be healthy. I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs. I consider alcohol a drug and do not want to spend time with someone that drinks. However, it is important to not only take care of your body but your mind and spirit. This is why I love yoga! It brings together all three: body, mind, and spirit. I'm also into recycling. I enjoy not bringing items to the recycle center, but also reusing things. I like to make crafts from items that would have been thrown out. I try to conserve energy.
