Be gainfully employed - if you are going back to school, be enrolled otherwise - well, I will just leave it at that. NOTE: I am not speaking of those that have been laid off due to the economy, but rather those that have a constant excuse for not being employed and have not held a job in years. You know the category in which you fit. Let me add, I am not money motivated or materialistic - I am just a believer that one should be self sufficient (men and women alike).4.= just be clean and smell good.5. Sense of humor and upbeat - there are so many things to laugh about and enjoy in life. I enjoy witty banter and that personality is what I respond to the most.7.- please be within 45min of me - it's just top hard to spend much time together otherwise. 8.
