Okay here goes, I'm not very good at talking about myself. Well I'm very outgoing and spontaneous, I think that's the only way to live. I have 3 children, well their not really kids anymore but they are my life they have made who I am today. I joined the Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge and have lost 80 lbs and counting. I like my curvy figure but I also want to be healthy. I am very active. I just completed Insanity, love to golf, and I work out ***days a week. I just turned 40 in December and so far 40 has been good to me.
