My preference is to take things slow, progressively spend more time together, and if there is a strong connection to build an intimate, mutual relationship with that person. I need to be really sure that the friendship and comfort level is there before moving forward. What I absolutely don't need is to be in a relationship just for the sake of not being alone - I want to make sure I am with someone who is right for me and I am absolutely crazy about.
