Hi *big grin* u smiled back, didn't you?! I like you already! im an optimistic, outgoing person. I look for the positives in life and try to enjoy each day. My goal is to eventually be in a long term relationship with someone who will be my very best friend, my better half, and me, his. someone who i look forward to seeing at the end of the day. who appreciates the little things i go out of my way to do for him. Someone who enjoys doing things together...isn't it way more fun when u realize that accomplishing things together is called a project rather than a chore. In reality life isnt always good...I need someone who will hold me up when life hurts and who will count on me to do the same for him. All that said, im not in a hurry to make that happen right away because when its right i will know it. I would rather find some great friends and if it turns out to be more than that even better....no pressure. if not then i haven't lost anything and i don't consider it a waste of my time. Rushing things isn't my style. Like i said, when its right you just know. Im not on here for friends with benefits. ( yes, i do like sex jokes...that doesnt mean im easy, it means i can relate.) I have self respect and values that are important to me. When the right guy comes along i would think he would appreciate this since im saving it for him! (ohhhhhh...he will appreciate it! **)A good sense of humor is a must! I love to laugh and sometimes have a bit of sarcasm to my humor but its never meant to be negative. i like people with quick wit, sometimes silly, and who are comfortable enough with themselves to be who they are. honesty is very important to me, as well as compassion for others and openmindedness. :-) ....just to let u know, what i wrote about myself is the real deal. I can "walk the walk" to back up my talk. Yup! Can you? ;-) First of all lets not call it a date, that puts so much pressure on the whole thing... i think the best way to really get to know someone is to be yourself. A guy who will wear what he would normally wear, and be cool with me doing the same. Lets go do something that gives us the opportunity to talk, laugh, get to know eachother. I cant believe after all this time I find myself single again and back on meetville. But ok...I'm back and that's the reality of it so I move on. Looking forward to meeting new people and making new friends. Ok world so you wanna know something about me? I love to laugh. I think having a great sense of humor is so important and it's also important for the man that i am with to be able to understand my quick witted answers and not take offense to my sarcasm. 9 out of 10 times it's all in good fun but that 1 time....look out LOL. I love to make people feel good about themselves and to just feel happy in general. I am a very happy person. I live one day to the next and don't bring anything negative from today into tomorrow. Everyday is a new day and you can't change what happened yesterday so why bother dwelling on it? The man that I am looking for should also feel that way. If you're one to hold grudges then even though you may be the nicest guy, please keep on moving along to the next profile because I have no tolerance for people who want to just hold onto bad feelings and not either deal with them or let them go. That's just who i am. I love to have fun. I love going dancing mostly to reggae or spanish music. Those are my favorites but I also like dance music at the clubs. I'm not much into hip hop cause i still can't figure out how to shake my money maker to it but if you can teach me then maybe i'll start to like it!! LOL I love chillin to jazz and r&b. I recently discovered that I now like country music too so that opens up a whole new world of possibilities for me. Im looking forward to hittin up some country bars in the area and see how well i do line dancing. My favorite thing to do is shooting pool. If i could get a pool table in my house then i would probably never leave. I'm not that good at it but boy I have lots of fun playing. Ok so there's just a little about me that you might wanna know. If you think you might be interested then holla atcha girl. I think the best first dates are lunch dates to be honest with you. My theory is this: I've been on several dates now and dinner dates seem to last too long sometimes when you're not having fun and you just wanna go. Sorry i've had some pretty bad dates lately. Anyway... if we meet for lunch and there's really no connection then we have to end it early anyway because we both have to go back to work. But if we meet for lunch and there's great chemistry, then even though we have to go back to work, we'll have another date to look forward to in the near future. I seriously think it's a win win. If you haven't tried it then you most certainly should.
