About Me

I work with special needs children at a residential school. I am a call firefighter/First Responder in my local community. I enjoy both jobs and find them very inspiring and humbling. I get to honestly say I make a difference in people's lives. I spend a lot of time with my family and friends. I enjoy going out to dinner, movies, going to sporting events and just being out and about. I LOVE the Patriots and watching them play. Even more importantly, every Sunday in the fall I'm on the sidelines cheering on my nephew and his football team. And I still love him even though he wants to play for the Packers. I also enjoy hanging out at home watching tv and playing board or card games. I look forward to meeting new people and having new experiences.I am comfortable hanging on the couch watching tv in comfy clothes, getting all dressed up for a nice night out and anything that falls in between. I've been known to go hiking, fishing, and take a ride on an ATV. It has been a while but still enjoy them. I have spent most of my adult life taking care of other people and putting myself last. This has hindered the time I have spent looking for someone to share my life with. I have hit the time in my life where I am ready to put me and my future first. I do not like bars and clubs and live in a small town. This makes meeting single men difficult. A lot of people I know have had some success with the online thing so I thought I would give it a try.I think the most important thing people need to know about me is I am a complete person by myself. I am here as a quest to just find some bonuses in life. I am a big girl and am okay with that so anyone who wants to spend time with me needs to be okay with it too. Lazy is not a word anyone uses to describe me. I work closely with men in a man's field so someone with trust issues will not work. I am looking for someone who believes in treating a woman like a lady. I love to laugh. I love trying new things and teaching people new things. I am not looking for someone to complete me. I am looking for someone to share ME with. I think it is important to do something that allows you people to get to know each other. Sitting down for a lunch or dinner would be great but it would be extra fun to do some sort of activity. It could be something like going for a walk, attending a local sporting event, or something in between.

    Where do I begin?!
