Well, where do I begin? Have no fear however, I did leave this area to go to school to become a music teacher. I've lived in western PA (and no I DO NOT worship the "terrible towel"!! I will admit I am a bit of a band nerd. I play in a few community/ professional ensembles in the area and I play the oboe. I consider myself to be a very independent person. I often know what I want and go after it. I definitely think being indecisive is annoying as well as being "flaky". I am extremely loyal, and easy to get along with. I like to say I have a good head on my shoulders and can think things through in a calm, rational way. But I am definitely full of creativity and am truely a child at heart. I love insane unique thinkers, it always makes for fun conversation. I don't mind debating either and will often play "devil's advocate" in conversation just help out a person when thinking through a hypothetical situation. I definitely enjoy watching football and going to Iron Pig games. One of my crowning achievements was singing the National Anthem at an Iron Pigs game. I like to read, as well as be outdoors to go on a hike. I have never fished before. I've always wanted to go on a hot air balloon ride, they just look like fun! If it's a spontaneous travel choice it excites me more. Hmmm, what do I look for in a guy. Not entirely sure, I have this philosophy that I'll just know it when I see it. Must be able to hold intelligent conversation. Religion plays a factor in my life, if you dont believe in it, I respect that however, don't knock my beliefs. I will say this though, if you can return my witty convesation or even laugh along with me, I will like you a lot for it. I want my date and I to feel like we have some sort of kinship at the end of the date. Friends are important. I dont open for a romantic connection unless I truly get to know the person. Call me sentimental, I have zero interest in strictly romantic pursuits... It makes the connection boring if you know the answer to the question. Much more fun to realize you've stumbled upon something wonderful than to expect it. Anyway, thanks for stopping by and checking out my page. Enjoy your day! I think it would be a cool idea to go somewhere fun like to a pottery place to paint it. Or even to some sort of museum, to check out the sights. I also love being able to find a nice quiet place to absorb the surroundings and have good conversation or meditation.

    I work most of the time but in my spare time I enjoy doing puzzles, needle crafts, logic problems, going to parks if the weather is nice, gardens, museums, plays, Geocaching and Devils games. I am open to trying new things I am shy at first but when I am comfortable I open up. I went to school and majored in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. I am currently looking into pursing a career in which my skills and education will be utilized. I love puzzles and using my hands to make things.I think of myself as being very honest and sincere. I care a lot about those important to me and am loyal to them as well. When it comes to social situations I am not that outgoing and don't really do well in large groups. The bar/club scene is really not my thing but I do enjoy going to movies, dinner, plays/shows, sport events, museums, and other activities of that nature. I always look for new things to try and even things that might be outside my comfort zone. After all, you have to be able to try new things that you might not have otherwise thought of doing. It helps to do things with someone you like spending time with. When it comes to music and movies I love pratically all 80's music. Some of my favorites are Tears for Fears, Duran Duran, The Police, Genesis, Phil and Sting of course, and a variety of others. The 80's station is a preset on my XM radio. :) As for movies, I am big on comedies and musicals as well as romance films. I don't think of myself as a girly girl as I don't really go out anywhere that would require me to wear dressy clothes (although I do have a lot of dressed just don't wear them really) and not big on the make-up thing cause, well, it is more of a hassle and I don't really think I need it. I will wear make up though on like a nice night out or event but most days I don't bother. My sister is my best-friend and I am very close to her. Without her I would be lost. Unfortunately, she moved to NC so I don't get to see her anymore but we talk every day.I used to breed and show Ragdoll cats so I have 2 still. To be specific on what I am not looking for is anyone who smokes, drinks a lot, parties a lot, or does any sort of drugs. I also want someone who is mature, serious, kind hearted, romantic, etc. I want to be straight forward with that now so as to save time.
