Ideally I would like to do more traveling without students. I am not one for a crazy, over the top first date. I think good conversation over a glass of wine/beer/cocktail is ideal. And then maybe if it goes well, throw in some food. I think the long-walk-on-the-beach is more like a third date activity.

I moved to western PA about 5 years ago. I grew up in a military family and moved quite often. I have a couple of really good friends but they all live out of state.
