About Me

Me...Simple. I like to go out, look nice and everything else that comes along with a Friday night but I could care less about what you do for a living, or drive...but you should have a J-O-B and work hard at it. Not saying I don't like nice things, because I do, just saying it is not a prerequisite to be in my life. For the record, I have standards and refuse to settle...maybe that's why I'm 35 and still single! I wouldn't change it for the world. Over the years I have learned who I am and who I am not. I won't be the one saying "That's hot" and wearing sunglasses at night. Get it? I'm down to earth. I like the outdoors. I like good solid, fun relationships. No superficial garbage for me. As you can see, I can be pretty straight forward. Depending on the situation, I can be quite the talker, on the contrary, I'm a wonderful listener. Sometimes it is better to keep your mouth shut! Some people just don't get that concept and it really works my nerves :). I say there is a time and place for everything. I am happy to say that I have made it this far without being married, having kids or any other major life issues. I have a dog and she is spoiled rotten. She's enough for me right now. I can take care of myself but I'm not a crazy feminist by any means. I do believe in old fashioned values...chivalry is not dead! With that said, I am looking for someone to share my time with.You...a man's man...hilarious, energy, commitment, awesome work ethic, charismatic, ability to make me feel completely comfortable, trustworthy and real. I am really not into anyone who smokes, although I believe in taking people for who they are. I just want to be around it. Must not spend more time primping than I do. Must love dogs. Describe the perfect first date? Hmmm that is a hard one.... I say it is a man's job to plan the date. I should just enjoy it and be appreciative of your effort.

    Let's get some things straight right off the bat shall we? I won't tolerate being lied to and I'm not looking to just hook up.
