Wow, this site seems to have a bunch of freaks! Guess you don't always catch the fish you can enjoy! Anywho, not trying to be mean, but hey, life's short so let's not waste time...Let's see...well, I've always been skeptical about these on-line dating sites (never thought I'd be on one) because I know there are some just plain out weird people out there, and I also believe that looks only go so far.... personality can make someone attractive/unattractive in my opinion. I guess you can say I'm a little old fashion. A respectful man with a great personality, confident (not arrogant(cocky)), determined, works for a living, knows how to be funny and knows how to be serious at times is the kind of guy I find attractive...Oh, and a hot, fit bod is a plus! If there is some eye contact and physical connection, I like when the guy takes control and can approach me or make the first move, but at the same time, I won't hold back if I have to be the one to initiate things. I say this because now days the perception of dating varies tremendously in my opinion. Anyhow, I'm not trying to rush into things as it takes time to get to know someone.....some will be friends, some will not, and maybe one will be more than a friend....who knows!? Whatever happens, happens! I'd like to say that I am a fun, outgoing person who likes to have a good time. I do enjoy my job and working, but when I am not working I like to have fun and laugh with happy people, family, and friends.; let's just say it's always a great time when we all hang out together even when Dad tags along! I do like the outdoors and sports. I played several sports growing up, throughout high school and college. Currently, I play in a kickball league, yes kickball just like in 5th grade but with drinks, and it is so much fun. I like long walks on the beach...lol, I feel like I'm suppose to say that.... but I really do, haha. I also like to do anything active like rollerblading/ skating, dancing, golfing, the beach, playing/watching sports, watch movies, boating, pool, working out, going out to the bars with the girls...basically anything with friends and/or family. I pretty much go with the flow...down to try new things, which is why I decided to sign-up on this site (I guess after ending a pretty long relationship had something to do with it too!)In reality, I am not getting any younger, so let me just put this out there....I would like to have that person who is meant for me to start a new life with... who makes me smile everyday, who I can laugh with and live with, who wants to get married (at some point), who wants to be a dad, who wants a family, and who wants to be part of my family....Bare with me on this....this is still newer to me and I do feel a little awkward. I'm definitely not looking for just a "hook-up," so please keep you naked pics in your pants and off your cell phones.....ain't nobody got time for that!...that's just gay), *** that stuff is there, but not necessarily something I'm going to respond to immediately or even at all. The type of man I am attracted to is strong, doesn't stereotype people, and isn't scared of anything. My kids were born with "severe and profound autism". But I never gave up on them, and one completely recovered (my daughter) while my sons improved tremendously, though yes they still have autism. But they are normal, happy boys. They are in mainstreamed classrooms at school and enjoy doing all the things that other kids do. And they're extremely affectionate, loving, and well behaved kids. None of the horror stories you may have heard apply to them. On top of fighting for them with everything I have, I managed to build a career for myself as a single mom with zero help from anyone. Why did I mention all that? Simple reason - The right man will admire my strength and dedication. He's looking for a woman who loves unconditionally, never gives up, and doesn't allow life to beat her down.I'm also aware that all the wrong men will be completely scared off by the above paragraph. Good. I don't like wasting my time :) I'm definitely looking for someone who isn't tied to a city. We should have common goals, and I don't intend to ever leave these mountains (other than trips, of course). Looking for someone who could enjoy a life immersed in nature, and doesn't need traffic, noise, and pollution all around him to be happy.
