I'll try anything once, sometimes twice (the first time could be a fluke right?) even this online thing. I value verbal dexterity. If there is anything internet dating is good for, it is finding out whether you can even converse with a person before you meet them in person and fall in lust with the way they look. Due to my upbringing on a farm, I do place a pretty high importance on mechanical aptitude. I am healthy and active and request the same or at least a willingness to be. I simply can't trust someone who doesn't take care of themselves. If you don't care about yourself - how can you care about another person and how can you expect others to care for you?My friends and family are vitally important and I've finally learned to at least listen to their advice, if not heed it.
