About Me

I live in Slocan, I have two daughters, 6 & 10.5, I am recently separated from my wife of 12 years, but living on the same property and co-parenting. Keeping my family together, making sure my daughters have a present father, is a very high priority. I hold spiritual beliefs (we all come from the same place, we are here to learn and grow) and I am very personal growth oriented, I am interested in shining light on the shadows of the psyche.... (what bothers me most about you is likely what is unprocessed within myself) ..... Boundaries, agreements and expectations, (among other things) are conversations that I like to have early in a relationship. I'm hyper aware of triggers and have the urge to process them within myself... and also the urge to help others process theirs (I'm learning that is not always welcome :)) .... I'm a continual work in progress and I'm open about that.... I do my best to make clear agreements, communicate well and take accountability for my actions and the results of my actions. I've been a tradesman for over 20 years, I'm half Manitoban, half Tasmanian.... raised in northern BC, lived in Tas from 16 to 26.... been in the Slocan Valley for 6 years, a small stint in AB before here.... I currently own my own electrical company. My "wife" is also a part of that. I am looking to grow and to experience different levels of relationships.... I am on a journey to figure out what I want..... due to the complexity of my situation I need to tread slowly. I am pretty physically healthy, strong and fit, I don't work out, It comes naturally to me... I have an expectation that a woman that I'm dating would be relatively healthy, and body conscious.
