I'm an energetic girl who can be overly sarcastic and can be an itsy bitsy smart-ass! I love my job as a Nurse and sometimes can't believe I get to have so much fun at work! My 8 year old son is the joy of my life and he is becoming more like me everyday, with his humor and sarcasm. Loving kids is a must! I love to eat, actually snack...all the time, I could make a meal out of appetizers (which apparently I've learned is called Tapas!). My favorite indulgence is Red wine and cookie dough....Mmmmmm!!! I'm half Italian and love pasta, so if you can cook you get extra points!! lolI enjoy joking around and being sarcastic, so please be witty and we can have lots of laughs together. I enjoy going out to football and baseball games, going to comedy shows, dinner, etc...but I also enjoy a quiet night at home watching a movie and enjoying a glass of wine! I'm all for a good time, but I'm past the party bar scene stage of life!I am looking for a guy who can make me smile and laugh, who is a gentleman that still believes in opening doors for women! Someone who has a stable career and works hard (but not so much that nothing else matters). Someone who will take me dancing and actually dance with me. A guy who enjoys going out, but also loves being at home. My Christian faith is important to me and I'd like to meet a man who still has some semblence of morals!!Please no drug users or smokers and I'd prefer to meet someone who shares my love for exercise and enjoys being adventurous! Someone who is easy to talk with and knows how to ask questions in order to maintain a conversation...Turn offs: guys with shirtless bathroom pics, no ambition, being a slob, being lazy, being mean and disrespectful, and not being able to laugh...at yourself and others :-) Something casual, like meeting at a coffee shop or a lunch date. Or a casual dinner where we can talk and get to know each other. If all goes well, bonding over a little competitive bowling or pool can be fun!!

I've been trying to figure out what to say here and after searching through some profiles, I've come up with a few things I feel I want to share. I don't believe in a god...but I do believe in the universe. My current bible is "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne. I am not NC born and raised. I am a New Yorker...I've only been in the south about a year and a half. U can take the girl off the island, but u can't take the island out of the girl.....I'm not crazy! Lol), worked in construction, in adult stores, in warehouses and in ice cream kitchens. I like to think of myself as rather well rounded, open minded and always ready to learn about something new. I love music, theatre, movies, art, food, craft beers and pushing myself to try new things. I'm intrigued by yoga, meditation and new age thinking, but have not delved too deep into them just yet. I have feminist beliefs and tendencies, am independent and self sufficient, but I am looking for the love of my life who I can take care of, will take care of me in return and who i can share a life with. I have tattoos and piercings. I see beauty that is in the eye of the beholder and want to surround myself with creative and mentally stimulating people. I'm not fond of discussing politics, but I am firm in my beliefs.
