I've been trying to figure out what to say here and after searching through some profiles, I've come up with a few things I feel I want to share. I don't believe in a god...but I do believe in the universe. My current bible is "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne. I am not NC born and raised. I am a New Yorker...I've only been in the south about a year and a half. U can take the girl off the island, but u can't take the island out of the girl.....I'm not crazy! I love music, theatre, movies, art, food, craft beers and pushing myself to try new things. I'm intrigued by yoga, meditation and new age thinking, but have not delved too deep into them just yet. I have feminist beliefs and tendencies, am independent and self sufficient, but I am looking for the love of my life who I can take care of, will take care of me in return and who i can share a life with. I have tattoos and piercings. I see beauty that is in the eye of the beholder and want to surround myself with creative and mentally stimulating people. I'm not fond of discussing politics, but I am firm in my beliefs. I am pro gay marriage, a woman's right to chose, the legalization of marijuana, and the right to bear arms.Ok, I think that's enough for right now. Are you intrigued or ....

Well I am back after leaving this site two different times..not that I NEED the internet to "catch a date" I just feel it is an open way to meet new people that we may not get to meet otherwise. I have a deep passion for many aspects life. I have quite a few things I would like to say and put on here but I am super sleepy and kind of just typing all this to get me started. LOVE music! Having a sense of humor is REQUIRED--..also being honest about things, even though it hurts the other person, is very important.I'm tall so I'm more comfortable dating guys that are 6ft+....sorry :/...I just dont like being taller when I've got heels on for a date ;-)~So here's the shallow part of my profile: There are some things that I stand firm on....I cant stand for a guy to have any length on their nails period! Hands need to be taken care of because they will be touching me at some point! I'm a smile/teeth person and oral health is very important....I take care of myself and want the same. Education is also very important--not knowing how to spell, using incorrect grammar, and using the wrong words is a deal-breaker. Location?....depends....love to grill out, live music, comedy show, movies....I'm easy going :) The important thing is getting to know one another...so having that quiet time right off the bat is a must.
