I have a wicked ,black sense of humor and try to see the silver lining in most situations.In order to offset the pressures of work, I love to go the gym during the week.I'm even brave enough to go into the Gorilla weights section of the gym. I'm currently working on perfecting my Barbell squats so wish me luck.Any tips are welcome.I also run and do pilates and ballet.
