Life is golden for me. I believe in the golden rule, life's golden moments, have golden hair( that's what my hairdresser says, and I'm sticking to it!),and have 1 Golden Retriever. I try to do things right, meaning I treat others the way I'd like to be treated. Friends would describe me as very optimistic. I believe in taking opportunity when it presents itself, believing you control what you want in life by making it happen. I'm very outgoing and social, and need to be with people of the same mindset. I need to surround myself with others who have high values and integrity, as I tend to trust easily, and wear my emotions on my sleeve. I say what I mean, do what I say, and can be held accountable. I consider myself a secure, well-balanced , educated, and professional person, and I'm comfortable in all social settings. I'm petite, stay active, and need someone with a high energy level.     I am not 52. Leave it at that. Pics are all within a year or so (dates are with pic). I don't spend a lot of time on here so don't use 'chat, 'favourites' or 'meet me' Send me an *** am generally happy. I stay in shape but am not obsessed with fitness. Everything in moderation! Not considered the outdoorsy type but am not afraid to get my hands dirty either. I am not religious but believe there is something bigger than us. The best hockey for me was watching my son play. I love to travel. Well not so much the travel as the destination. Many places yet to see on my bucket list. I enjoy live performances, be it music, comedy, plays, sports etc. I respect our planet and don't abuse it, but other than that I am not a 'save the whales' type. I prefer substance over hype, just sayin'. I have been on my own and have raised my two children for several years. I am independent and not a terribly needy person. That said, I enjoy being treated well. Who doesn't? I am an empty nester and while raising my children were some of the best years of my life, i've been there, done that. nuff said.Please don't be offended if I don't respond.     Hi! Sugar! Are you a confident, nice looking,adventurous, witty, middle-aged gentleman? If so, please step in line. Love New adventures and learning new things.!! Life is sitting out there in front of me but I don't want to do it all alone. I know it would be so much more fun and memorable with a special friend.I have an exceptional sense of humor. It's complicated, but absolutely no reconciliation possible. I used to go fishing some and think I could enjoy it again with the special someone! I love to sit out and watch a storm roll in and see God's firework show. (Come on admit it, you love them too!) Someday I want to have a place to be snuggled up on a porch swing with my hunny watching a storm come in or a beautiful sunset. Share a drink in the evening and start out our day talking over coffee! We might not even have to talk cause you will know what I'm thinking already...I love cooking AND sharing the kitchen. I am always game to try new recipes and ways to add "zest" to the table.
