First things first... I know that this site has a lot of people on it with the WRONG intentions... Being upfront - I am not going to acknowledge a rude comment saying 'hey sexy, hey baby lets talk' etc. So please save your comments. I have done crossfit for about a year until I hurt my back last fall doing DLs so I am in the process of easing back into that and weightlifting.
