My life is very full between work, play and my children, but I try and maintain a positive attitude because all in all, life is good and there is always something new to discover right around the corner. My children are my heart. Although I still have 2 teenagers at home, they are at the age where they enjoy spending more time with their friends so I find myself with more free time to do the things I enjoy. I make a great effort to maintain a healthy life style both physically and mentally. I love the moutains in winter...and the beach in the summer. I would rather participate than watch sports. I enjoy going to a nice dinner and a movie as much as I enjoy working on a construction project together. My friends have described me as funny, great personality, spontaneous, honest, dependable and genuine. I'd like to think I'm an honest, well rounded, old fashion girl with good morals, a positive attitude and a nice smile. I wear my heart on my sleeve and am not afraid to be vulnerable. But at the same time, I'm strong, confident, and compassionate, but don't take life too seriously. I am almost always willing to try something at least once.I have grown children now. One in college and one in her last years of high school.
