Hi there. I am a music enthusiast who enjoys finding fun in unexpected places. I worked full time up until 3 months ago when I decided to leave my professional education position to pursue my second bachelors degree in nursing. My background is finance and education so my world is changing a bit with my new path.I adore music and very rarely is it not within hearing distance for me. I listen to all types but most times my radio is set to KUPD or KDKB. I am a sucker for acoustic guitar sets and hanging out to jam sessions soothes my soul. I love to try new foods but I am cautious of a healthy diet.. BUT I love my beer and I love my whiskey--pair it with a pile of wings and I'll purr like a cat. I am a rather direct person but my intention is never to be rude or mean-I just lack a filter sometimes. I love to laugh and think hearing others laugh--when its not at you anyway--is one of the best sounds in the world. I like to read, cook, watch the news, and rough-house with my dog. December is all about Christmas Vacation and Warheads. I guess if I had to say something unique about me it would probably be my sense of humor. I'm not scared to crack a "thats what she said" 2 minutes into meeting someone and I giggle at pretty inappropriate times. I don't often tell dirty jokes but I will give a high five for one--so long as the person telling it isn't creeping me out. I am a schedule type of person---when it relates to business. Fun shouldn't be planned. Its so awkward to sit across a bistro table with coffee and try to get to know someone. I'd rather meet at a show. There shouldn't be pressue to impress someone. If there's no connection then at least there was a good band---or vice versa.
