Man. 39 years old. Zodiac sign: Aries.

Looking for: woman. In age: 36-46

I have met alot of great people here in AZ so far, and enjoy hanging out with friends whenever I get the chance. As for me, I have never been married, have no kids, and when I am not working or studying, I like to stay very active, spend time with friends, and have fun. I am an outgoing, laid back, independant, intelligent, and honest person. Work hard, play harder. I love to travel. I especially like road tripping, and weekend getaways. Doesn't matter where; I'm in. I enjoy snow sking, scuba diving, and traveling in general. I also like water and jet skiing, the beach and ocean, motorcycles (Harley's), boating (or anything water related), airplanes, going to the gym, music, watching movies, golfing, and anything sports related (Go Longhorns Cowboys). I also like just about anything outdoors. I will try anything once. I have a passport and am not afraid to use it.; Even though we live far away from each other I have a pretty close family, and my parents have been married for 43 years.Life is good, but I am looking for someone to enjoy it with. If nothing else, maybe I'll make a few new friends, and have some good times in the process.

I have attempted the "normal" way of meeting girls and had no luck - wandering the streets of the lower mainland's most populated areas hoping I can dive across traffic to throw a beautiful girl, with a good personality, to safety...well the s*%t just ain't happenin' and I just end up getting hurt ( by the cars, not the girls ). So I felt the next thing I should consider is internet dating where I can wait patiently for a beautiful girl, with a good personality, to have computer trouble while viewing my profile and accidentally *** of course I respond, solve the dilemma and we live happily ever after...For my plan to work I guess I should write a little more about me, like the fact that I can read and I do it all the time...read that is. I have the gift of being able to use all of my extremities to the fullest and therefore I play a whole whack of sports - baseball, hockey, golf and beer pong ( I am better at doubles - you just can't be on all the time ). Through years of hypnosis and meditation I have gained the ability to draw things, I usually use a pencil, anyways I am pretty good at it now...Ok, so you haven't sent that *** great first date would be going out and trying something new...

Nobody reads the manual any more. They play with the buttons and see what happens. I only have a belly button, don't play with it, that's just weird. So whatcha gonna do? I've never really dated, I'm more of a serial monogamist. I truly believe that a romantic relationship needs to have a strong foundation in friendship, so developing a friendship first is a priority. If we hit it off, obviously things will move faster, but I typically take things slow in a relationship. I'm pretty quiet at first, and sometimes take a while to open up. If I've taken the time to message you, I feel there is a definite possibility of a relationship. If I'm not your 'type' that's ok, There's always the opportunity to develop a friendship. It has been my experience that you really have no idea of connection potential until you meet someone face to face. But I'm also not looking to rush out and meet people without talking a bit with them first. My flight landed on the 3rd of October. You could call me an import. I'm not from the area.I have lots of hobbies, I find woodworking and lapidary to be most Zen. I love all kinds of music, although only good music, and good music is surely a subjective collection of opinions. I have favorites in every genre. Music is my drug of choice. Many of my favorites are subsets of Electronica genre.I enjoy hiking, and rock hounding. I like to go camping, Just haven't gone in forever. It's nice to know there are people in the world that like me exactly how I am. On the subject of making new friends, I'm not against anyone from anywhere contacting me with that goal in mind, however if you're a guy messaging me from across the country, expect some quizzical colloquialisms shot your direction.I'm not into the bar scene, which is for a few reasons.First of which is I don't really care to get involved with women who are intoxicated, or otherwise in an altered state. I understand having a drink or two every now and again, but every night, is excessive in my book. I've been in relationships with alcoholics in the past, and I just can't deal with people that can't deal with reality sober.Second, I don't particularly enjoy the sensation of getting drunk. Rarely do I drink, but when I do, I'm a cheap date, and I'm the happiest person on the planet. I actually try to get smashed about once a year, just as a reminder of how much I hate being that drunk, which takes about 5 shots of tequila, or reason #3.Third, I am deathly allergic to hops, and anything in the hops family, which includes marijuana. I can't even kiss someone with tongue if they've had a beer in the last ***minutes. Seriously not kidding about the allergy, a taste of beer, just a few drops, and I'm poison drunk for the next 12 or so hours. This also means all beer recipe foods are a no no. The way I am, well, my occupation I entered disabled, that should explain my income source. I can't say that I'm entirely pleased about it, but it has allowed me to exist thus far. I have an invisible disability. I manage it the best I am able, and I don't live my life worrying about diagnostic labels. I know I'm different, I also know I'm a good man and a lot of fun to hang out with, because all my friends tell me so. If you want to get hung up on some labels, that's your loss. To put it simply, the people that matter to me, are those that don't see me as broken, and those are the only opinions I care about. My short term goal is to get back on my feet after this move. Other than that, let life come as it may, and see what happens. How about dutch background checks? Sounds funny to me, maybe not so much. I say random things generally for my own amusement, and often to the amusement of those around me. How about people watching? know any good spots to stare at the wildlife?See the potential for entertainment? The thing is, a first date is like a meet and greet. There's only so much one can glean about someone from words on paper and a picture. I realize some branches of the government may disagree with that statement, after all, they're all about taking advantage of you coming and going whether you like it or not, and with all the loving caress of a hand grenade to boot. So how about we check for chemistry over coffee, and then if there's definite potential, we can go from there?
