No way would I ever vote for anyone like BO. But, I could not vote for McCain either - I was literally scratching my head while standing at the voting booth, but in the end voted for the Libertarian candidate.Musically, I like most music as long as it is good. Having said (written) that, like most people, I mainly like the music I grew up with in high school and college - so 80s rock mainly. But, I also love jazz, which is timeless for the most part, and I enjoy classical too. Not into modern punk, rap, or modern so-called R&B.I don't attend church regularly, but always enjoy it and feel good when I do.I live a long way from where I work, so I spend a lot of time commuting. I like animals, but not big on living with indoor pets. As far as a first date, although ordinary, I think dinner or drinks is a low pressure, low loudness way to do something everyone has in common and talk too.

I have always believed verbal communication is key to any relationship. Why not save this for an actual conversation. There is really too much to write.My 11 year old son means the world to me. If you don't like children please don't bother me. I work hard and my job can be very physical and labor intense. It also can have me working long hours. I can make time for someone special, but not for the mind gamers, just don't have time for it. I love to do anything outdoors. Whether it's a concert, dinner on a patio bar/grill, a simple bonfire, or just taking a hike or walk. Like trying new things. Love being around water, especially when it's hot. I am interested in finding a sincere woman to share some of life's finer and simpler pleasures with. Some say it's the little things that are best remembered. I would certainly have to agree. Wine making is a new hobbie for me. Seems to taste better when we labor to make something. I also enjoy mechanical work, and working on homes. I own my own home that was built in ***on 7 acres. A park, coffee shop etc. Not sure a bar is a good first date or meeting choice.
