Having worked in many sectors of industry I ended up working as a kitchen hand/chef in a Italian restaurant and also in a very large Hotel complex within the Chepstow area but all of this came to an end just before the second lockdown of COVID ***that put me on the rubish dump of employment so now I'm just helping out friends with some DIY stuff throughout their homes but I still enjoy cooking for other people and coming up with recipes for people who go to the Caldicot community fridge, I am just looking for new friends to meet up with within the Caldicot area.
