About Me

I am looking forward to meeting someone who enjoys good company, conversation and a good sense of humor. I love anything to do with the outdoors like camping, hiking, canoeing, boating, traveling lake or beach. I'd love to share those experiences with the right person. I am very easy going and can adapt to almost any circumstance from casual to formal. I also enjoy some of the pop music especially Nickelback & Black Eyed Peas. I am a spontaneous, good spirited woman, but do enjoy just being laid back and relaxing with a good movie. A nice bonfire or campfire, a hike in the woods or a stroll along the beach are some of my favorite things to do. I also love to cook. I'm good at Italian and good old country meals, but especially anything that can be put on the grill. I do enjoy a nice dinner out with a quiet, romantic atmosphere for good conversation and intimacy. I am totally self sufficient and have worked all my adult life. I just recently became an empty nester so that is why I decided to give this a try. It's been awhile since I've been out in the dating world and this is all very new to me. Someone who gives me butterflies and can make me feel that spark is very important in a relationship. I am very honest about who I am and expect whomever I meet to give me the same courtesy and respect. I would prefer to meet in a casual atmosphere where we could talk, maybe over a glass of wine and get to know each other better. If things go well, we can take it from there.

    Aye, Aye, Aye...is it true? Yes,it is! I'm a single mom whose kids are finally old enough to manage themselves without ***supervision! You know what that means, right? A passion for cooking and baking for that special someone is another important thing to bring up - Momma will not be held accountable for any sudden weight gain that you may experience! lol Just kidding, eating healthy and taking care of what the Good Lord gave you is very important.The Good Lord gave us two legs to stand on so sometimes we might shake things up a bit and find adventure on a day long road trip or a spontaneous picnic at Ledges State Park complete with a hike along the river. Or Saturday morning treasure shopping at local garage sales. Maybe even take in the Farmer's Market.This momma is seeking a man who can handle a strong, independent, yet compassionate woman that likes to look her best when standing next to her man. This man would be someone who takes care of himself, is clean cut, and not conceited but is comfortable to be around; as well as knowing how to treat a lady so she feels extra special - your Princess. To this regard, Momma loves the simpler things in life - wildflower bouquets, amazing sunsets, and true friendship. As Momma is 6'1" tall, and could stand to lose a few pounds (no Im not that big); you should be of the same stature or more. Well if you have made it this far; then what do you have to lose?
