Well after 7 years I’m back, Not really even looking for a relationship, Just got out of a nightmare… would just be cool to hang out and go adventuring. I’m currently moving back to Saltspring island from Texada and will have my daughter with me part time, she’s amazing and comes first %***of the time no matter what. Don’t expect to meet her until you’ve know me for years. So don’t worry about me having a kid well we’re hanging out. If your looking for your next boy toy to extort and waste their time, I’m not your guy. I’m very straight up, no games, no drama and i keep my feeling’s to myself (i do not impose my feeling upon people, ill tell you what’s up, how i feel and if your part of the issue but not bring those feeling to the table and whine and cry likes it’s your problem), like a fkn man not one of those little winey oh poor me boys. ^ Have to make this statement as clear as i can hahaha. If you’ve got daddy issues your not going to like me because I’m going to sound a lot like a responsible adult, who knows what they want in life and what they don’t. I build things, I’m an utility arborist, a mechanic and a construction worker, currently a excavator operator, in the construction field. I make plenty of money but don’t expect me to be generous, my money’s for building up my daughters life. Doesn’t mean I’m broke ether, just don’t expect me to pay for your half of the vacation to insert random location* might be able to squeak a dinner out of me though. I like to live a quality life, not a famed or pretend. I am looking for someone that will add to that quality not degrade it. So if you like delicious home made farm fresh food, 4x4ing, hiking… pretty much anything outside that doesn’t include running. Learning things, building things, fixing things… I’m about to mention that i live on a farm. I drink but i don’t. alcohol, it’s got a time and place. I smoke but that’s mostly to stay out of jail (hey a joke, my humour is rather dry btw) and i grow weed, because I’d rather use Mother Natures medicine when it’s effective. I live on a farm and am fit and able if a little busted up after 14 years of climbing trees, I’m quite most of the time mostly due to being half deaf and not able to hear in loud situations. but I’m also use to running large crews and companies, so like a drill sergeant that doesn’t talk much and has to think before he speaks so I’m not barking orders… it’s a hard habit to break for some reason. Makes me sound a little gruff i suppose, I’m very easy going and understand a mature relationship, very understanding and attempt to be a good communicator of boundaries. And I’m not a person that likes to be intoxicated, i drink a couple***beers and smoke a joint or two after a hard day of work, givin that I don’t believe in being intoxicated while interacting with kids, they deserve their parents or supervising adults at their best. I’m more on the intellectual side of life, so if your going to bore me with drinking stories and pop culture, I’ll pretty much just walk away. I’m more interested in what books you read or practicing music and language, I’m a career arborist and can talk for many hours about plants and trees. Ps. I hate English and refuse to use proper spelling/grammar most of the time, if you can understand it then it’s good, if you feel like correcting me all the time about it im just going to start speaking Newfie. (Even though I’m very much west coast, so the accent is extra cringy***Things I’m currently learning, ASL (makes communicating with a toddler a lot easier!), musical notation/ guitar practice. And my new job, running machines in a different environment then I’ve been otherwise trained in. I also read/ audio book at least ***hours a day. I’ll add more about me as i think of things…
