There is lots to learn about me and for me to learn about you. A *** what I'm looking for:I'm looking for someone with a pulse, and breath for life. I don't just mean in the physical sense, I mean spiritually and soulfully. I'm looking for someone who has a passion for life, living and giving. I'm looking for someone who is God-centered and who will support my walk with The Lord as well.I'm 35, single, no kiddos of my own. I have a wonderfully smart nephew and a crazy sillly niece that I enjoy lots! I have had one short term relationship. I've stumbled upon a phrase that suits me somewhat "seduce my mind, and the rest will follow". When I talk seduction though, I mean that I'm looking for someone who can listen, share, communicate as well as *** as we as share what is important to each other. I am a habitual coffee drinker, and am trying to cut back...it's not working great yet lol. I love to read, which is good because I don't own a television (mostly out if expense). I dabble with writing, but so far I haven't committed myself over to making it more of a serious hobby. I love canoeing, kayaking, biking, bikram yoga, walking, (slowly working into jogging). I recently found out that I have a thyroid condition, and am working with doctors to combat that and am working diligently to shed some lbs. I'm not a gym bunny, and I look gross when I'm done working out, but I do like endorphins. :-) If you've read this far, can relate even a little or have a question or comment, please feel free to message me. Hugs! I'm open to different types of dates. What about a morning date? (If me, the non morning person is suggesting this then, well... I'm willing to shake things up) dates can be arbitrary. It doesn't matter when or where, what matters is who you are with, and the connection that is forming...so, what time are you picking me up? ;-)

I've decided to give online dating another try. I'm new to Northern Ca, and figured this would be a good way to branch out and meet people. I am interested in dating and possibly finding someone I can settle down with some day. I'm realistic and don't look for a "husband" in every guy I date. But I'm also not looking for quicky hook-ups or someone who'll play games. That being said, I love to laugh (I know, that sounds generic). But really I find a witty or sarcastic sense of humor very attractive. I am looking for a guy who is physically attractive, but more importantly, likable. By likable I mean: confident (not arrogant), funny (not immature), open-minded, family-oriented, financially stable (I in no way mean rich, I mean someone who can stand on their own two feet even when times get tough), likes music, isn't superficial, is moral and ethical. As for me, I think I have a lot to offer someone who is willing to take the time to get to know me. I'm definitely a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl. But every once in a while it's nice to get all dolled up to go somewhere. I have a sarcastic sense of humor, and I probably drop more f-bombs than are considered to be "lady like" :-) I have a large and loud ***Italian) family, one that still gets together for the old fashioned Sunday dinners every other weekend or so which I miss so much since I've moved. I love, love, love all kinds of music. I know people often say that, but I really do listen to a pretty wide variety of music (modern/classic/indie rock, blues/jazz, hip-hop/some rap, pop, classical/opera, Motown, etc)... everything. I spent 5yrs as a volunteer firefighter with CDF, which was such an awesome time in my life. I've been a police dispatcher now just about 8yrs, and really like what I do (most of the time lol). I have 6 tattoos and I may get more, but I definitely try to put some thought into them. I hope I've given enough about myself to get messaged with more than, "What's up". If you're interested please feel free to write. If not, good luck in your search and thank you for taking the time to read this.**P.S. If one of your pictures is of you flexing shirtless in front of a mirror, don't waste your time here. I'll pretty much just laugh and move on to a man who wants a relationship with someone besides himself. Or better yet, if you have one pic of you from a distance and all the rest are of your nice car or other flashy "things", don't complain that you're unable to find a woman who isn't materialistic or fake. Seriously, who do you THINK you're attracting with all that? I don't have any great answers for this. I don't think you can plan the "perfect" first date, it definitely depends on the company. But I'd say something casual that doesn't put on too much pressure.
