About Me

Greetings All, i'm Brendan and i'm half Kenyan and half Irish with a big family on both sides. However my life has gone in a variety of directions from the Merchant Navy to ending up as a teacher specifically an Employability Skills Tutor and visiting lecturer. However i took early retirement due to the fact someone very close to me became terminally ill and needed to be cared for. Eventually my caring duties came to an end and i found myself rudderless and in danger of becoming a hermit so i had a long chat with myself and here i am. I don't have any commitments and living ten minutes from the River Tyne and close to the Longsands i go there to do my thinking, so anyone who wants to join me is more than welcome. I don't have any issues with drinking and smoking and i'm a retired Catholic. I believe in loyalty honesty and trust, i say what i mean and my principles aren't elastic and if others are like that that's great.
