I am a sarcastic, driven, funny, handy, smart, witty, adventurous, kind, caring and positive traveler and recycler. (Hope I didn't overdo it with the adjectives.)I've criss-). Note: if your idea of "active" is walking from your car to couch to play video games, we are not a match. (In guy speak: please, no fatties.)I'm an aviation nerd by trade and a social butterfly in my free time. Relationship-wise, I assume we're all here for the same reason - we've all been in a few past relationships, and at least one probably ended not so nicely. However, I'm not hung up on any ex, and I'm baggage-free, with no kids, no ex-husbands and the like...and I'm looking for the same. One thing I know I'm looking for specifically is someone who is open-minded and likely left-leaning or at centrist political views. Otherwise you'll likely find my altruistic ways more annoying than endearing. Things that aren't turn-ons: obesity, tattoos, facial hair, inability to spell/use grammar, guys who can't spell or write intelligibly that are covered in tattoos and facial hair that message meFinally, I think this should go without saying, but please be on this site for the actual purpose of meeting someone! Endless messages of one liners are not the way to catch or keep my attention! :) Anything where you can actually speak to someone, so coffee or an activity date. Contrary to popular belief, hiking tends not to be a good date idea...I hike a lot and am in shape but for those who don't, it becomes clearly apparent you don't work out when you're sweating profusely and so out of breath the conversation consists of me saying "omg are you ok" with fingers ready to dial ***

You elther like me or you dont, it took me twenty something years to love mself and i dont have that type of time to convince someone else! I'm a 100% ***full time single mom to a 3 year old boy he is and always will be my number 1 so if you can't accept that then please move on. I'm looking for a relationship that could turn into something serious down the line and not just a hit it and quit it, I love spending time out doors when it's nice out and I'm over the whole bar thing, I'm a really down to earth person and Im just looking for a guy who is willing to unpack our baggage with me :) I have a few tattoos that are not hide able unless I wear a long sleeve shirt but ALL of my tattoos have special meaning and I put months of thought into them so if you don't like a tattooed girl then I'm not for you , I am not the clingy type and i expect that from a bf as well, If you *** i check out your profile and it says causual or nothing serious chances are we are not on the same page with what we want out of this so that could be an issue -If I give you my number don't get offended if I don't respond right away - the same goes for the *** here I'm not on ***I just never log off on my phone so don't send numerous messages because you think I'm *** - if we just started talking and you make a comment about seeing my chest in a see thru bra chances are ill block you because that's not appropriate for just knowing one another.- I take my feelings and time seriously so if you're not interested in what I have to offer please don't bother *** because I'm just a pretty face and you want some. - if your profile says one thing but you *** tell me another that makes me think you like to put up a fake front which means I can't and won't trust you.. So don't tell me you want something serious when your profile says no kids and nothing serious 5x ! Also please when sending me and e-mail please send more than just a hi or hey lol I look forward to talking to you :-) Coffee dinner ? Anything public :)

I'm new in town and looking to meet new people, not necessarily for a romantic relationship, but I'm pretty open. My interests are varied; I play hockey, I love reading a good book, I'm into gardening, I want to travel, I'm a damn good cook and I'm absolutely love my job. I'm a very independent person, talking on the phone for hours or incessantly texting bullsh*t to a significant other isn't my thing...stage 5 clingers need not apply!I value intelligence and a good conversationalist; if your first message is "hiii" or "meet me", don't expect a positive response. Dinner dates suck as a first date, what's more awkward than sitting across the table from someone you don't know, watching them shovel food into their mouth (and them watching that half-masticated dead cow roll around in your own mouth) and play a crappy version of 21 questions? I hate talking about myself... Best first date would be doing something like playing pool over a pitcher of beer, or watching a hockey game (I'm going to cheer for the other team, just because a little friendly rivalry is way more fun), or best of all invite me for popcorn and a movie or some Game of Thrones and watch my geek side come out.
