Have you noticed how 'top prospects' are about as off base as could be? Guess this site believes opposites attract. It's true we are 'attracted' to our opposite quite often, you know...the good girl and bad boy syndrome? Thats not usually a healthy match. I leave the opposites attract to metals..FYI I may look like an adventurous, spontaneous, up for a good time gal, but I can assure you I don't like spiders, snakes, or any crawly things and I'm far from spontaneous. Spontaneous is one person thinking about something they want to do and then 'spontaneously' springing it on the partner who's expected to drop whatever and go.;) Sound good??? I'm 5'***", wt ***depending on whether I crave pizza and ice cream or stick to my health conscious diet. I cut my hair yesterday just above my shoulders and so far I still haven't changed the color which is a miracle in itself. It's taking everything in me to leave it naturale! So far there's not much gray;..the eye sights fading fast so maybe I'm more gray than I know! ;) That's why our sight fades you know...to ease the impact of the aging process ;)I'm a very settled but unsettled person. I'm very 'zen', earthy, peace living, but can't seem to find that one person I'd like. I truly think it won't happen through the Internet but I'm here bec its possible.I've never thought of myself as the 'princess' type but as I scrolled down the list of personality types thinking 'this is silly' I thought why not, its time I embrace the princess in me ;)I'm 59 and no it wasn't a mistake. Don't you just look at your age and wonder if it's right? How did it happen??? I was 22 and single, then 34 and divorced wtih three kids and now I'm 59 with grand kids! I remember looking in the mirror when I was sixteen, holding my four year old niece and thinking one day I'd be a Momma; now I hold my four year old ggirl in wonder :) I'm located E of GR if that helps.

    I put my personal life somewhat on hold to raise my son and work my a*** off to make a good living. Now having accomplished both of those feats - my son is finishing college and I am "semi-retired" looking for something new to keep me occupied - I am now ready to try this online dating thing. What I mean by being a truth seeker is that I don't look to any so called "authority" (government, main-stream media, allopathic doctors, lawyers, clergy, economist, etc.) to determine what to believe or how to live my life. What I am looking for is someone whom I can respect and can connect with. For me to be able to respect you and connect with you, you need to be intelligent, well-read, a critical thinker, and non-religious. Believing in fairy tales (i.e., organized religion) is a sign to me of your failure to think critically. If you rely on the opinions of the so called "authorities" to define your reality and you have not taken an active interest in finding the truths in this world by doing independent research and thinking then sorry to be so honest but we probably are not compatible.Finally, if you are not interested in sharing a little information about who you are with me via *** phone calls BEFORE we meet (especially if you live at a great distance from me) then don't reply since I will not agree to meet you until I know something about you. I don't expect *** "chemistry" and hope you don't either. In my experience chemistry grows as one gets to know another person and is usually rarely found in the first *** could care less what a "first date" entails. I don't expect to be wined and dined on a first date. To me a first date could involve just a face to face meeting, grabbing a cup of coffee (even though I don't drink coffee - lol) or whatever.
