Where to begin? It's difficult to get to know someone based on a little blurb they typed up in their spare time. While I'm not new to the online dating thing (this site in particular), it's not something I exactly enjoy so please forgive me if my profile appears a little lacklustre. I outgrew it at 19. While I enjoy my current job, it's not what I want to do forever. So I will be heading back to Charlottetown for school in the fall of ***. I figured I'd throw that in since it will end up eating up a lot of my time when I go back and I need someone who can deal with that. Currently, though, I manage to keep fairly busy, between work and doing the things that I enjoy. However, I'm looking for someone to spend the downtime with and who can share experiences with me. That someone needs to be supportive. They need to know how to compromise, be affectionate yet strong, have a good sense of humour and to have goals. They should either have a career or be working toward obtaining one. I refuse to put up with self centeredness or to cater to someone. Relationships are give and take. Recently graduated from SMU with a Bachelor of Arts and will be continuing with my education at The Mount for the next two years. I have a tremendous love for sports, growing up with an older brother I had no choice but to play and watch most sports. While I no longer play any regularly I am always on top of the most recent Hockey and MMA games/fights/news. I have always enjoyed being outdoors whether it's walking around the city or going on a hike, to perhaps just relaxing somewhere quiet. I do enjoy having a drink here and there but I'm not the biggest fan of the downtown, I guess I rather enjoy doing something that I will remember the next day! I always enjoy trying new thinks and going places I've never been, but I tend to be slightly closed-minded when it comes to trying new or "strange" foods. I was really hesitant on online dating only because I dont really understand it, or have seen it work but it doesnt hurt to try. I have always gone with the notion that if someone is supposed to be in your life they will find you when the times comes and it will just happen. I spend much of my time at work. I work really hard to support myself and my family have worked for everything that I have. I have forgotten recently to have fun lol. I love roadtrips, traveling in general. I love music; concerts, local bands, or just listening. I appreciate all music, anybody thats willing to put their words to music and sing their hearts out. I love to kareoke when I can. I love the water, so obviously the beach. I go to the gym a few times a week and do Zumba because I also love to dance. I value my family first and my friends along the same lines. I invest alot of time in personal relationships and I try every day to find my purpose in this life.
