Well hello, I'm Katelyn! I just started graduate school and am working towards receiving my Master's degree in Community Counseling.When it comes to my free time, I'll all about anything and everything that brings happiness, balance, and purpose to my life. I love laughing, trying new things, animals, riding horses, movies, singing, working out (running, boot camps, kickboxing, yoga, etc.), relaxing, reading, and of course, hanging out with friends and family. There are times when I'm outgoing and want to be out having fun, dancing, exploring, etc. But there are also times when nothing is better than staying at home in sweatpants, catching up on shows and playing some classic nintendo games :). I'm obsessed with music, and listen to a variety of different kinds including alternative, pop, acoustic, country, rock, etc. I love to travel, especially out of the country! So far the only exciting place I've been able to go is South Africa, but I look forward to travelling as much as possible. In fact, I'm really interested in the idea of moving to different locations for periods of time and getting lost in their culture for a while.As for what I'm looking for, I love to laugh, so a good sense of humor is a huge plus for me! But I also want someone who can be serious and have meaningful conversations. I like people who are driven and have goals. I am looking for someone who is a good communicator, honest, and trustworthy. Someone fun! Someone adventurous and spontaneous, who just wants to share the ups and down of life with someone that they truly enjoy spending time with :). Oh, and I'm really random/weird/silly sometimes, especially around my friends, so I would really like someone who can go right along with me, or at least not think I'm crazy ;)..Oh, and if you send me a message with only something like "Hey" or "What's up?", I'll likely delete it.

I am a full-time student with one semester left working towards my English Degree. I really enjoy writing and want to pursue it but I work any job I like and always write on the side. I enjoy all types of music from punk to classical and my favorite bands are Rise Against, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and A Day to Remember. I am kind of quirky and have the heart of a child and can be excited by the little things in life. I am also pretty sarcastic and have a sense of humor, laughing is very important to me. I am a bit of a bookworm (English Major kind of requires that). I can be a huge dork and am sometimes clumsy but I swear I am pretty good with tools and am quite crafty/handy. I like T.V. shows like Game of Thrones, HOUSE, How I Met Your Mother, Dr. Who, and Supernatural. I am sort of a bandwagon Marvel lover....I really like the movies but I have a decent knowledge of the actual comic books and also Batman. I am a huge fan of movies....all kinds (my list could go on for pages)!! I also like Cars (classic cars) and have been known to work on some. I am very easy to talk to and most my friends would say I am the most reliable and understanding person they know. I am a very caring person and I like to be there for people when I can. I am pretty down to earth and I just like to have fun. I guess I'm kind of classic....lunch/dinner. A walk if it's nice out. Go for some coffee or a drink. I like all kinds of activities and I am not picky. Something where we can talk and hangout.
