I've traveled a lot and lived in the Caribbean but no matter where I was my favourite times have always been evenings of laughter with close friends at a house party. I enjoy social outings like a hike with friends to places in NS that I haven't been to yet. I run, or should say I try to run :o) , to try to keep myself reasonably fit. I'm also someone who needs quite a bit of down time. I often love to be home evenings and just watch a movie on tv.My goals are not too become rich or change the world, I simply want to live with a good balance between work and life. I think in past years I let work take over my life and I've made changes so now I have more time for having a laugh, eating well, and getting outdoors more.I'm generally a very calm person living a relatively quiet life but if the chance arises to have some fun I'm up for it.-jumped, hiked a blah, blah, blah. Now I'm looking forward to new adventures. Older style Country music hurts my head lol, but some of the newer Country music can be fun. Something very casual like a coffee or lunch, or something active like a hike or walk along a trail.

I would describe myself as a hardworking, down to earth person that is at a great point in life that is looking for someone special to enjoy life’s adventures with. I’m finically secure and have a great career as an engineering functional excellence leader along with other engineering projects.With both my kids in college, being retired from coaching hockey and my house renovations almost complete. The opportunity for trying new things and new adventures seem endless. I would like to meet some that enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, weekend get a ways and boating. I’ I love music, sporting events, dinner theaters and comedy clubs, so I try and go to a lot of different concerts and events.... Saw Kenny Chesney this summer and that had to be one of the best concerts I've ever seen. I also enjoy staying home and cooking or having a great BBQ. I’m always trying to be creative and looking for new ideas in the kitchen.. Thank you Food Network. I have a great circle of friends and family that I enjoy spending time with as well... Watching Sunday football with friends is always a great time. I enjoy staying active. I go to the gym regularly, but also love grabbing my I-pod and going for a long run as well. I also enjoy racquet ball, long walks, biking, hiking and swimming. I’m most certainly willing to try new and adventurous things. I’m hoping to meet someone that is open and honest, fun loving, and great sense of humor, knows how to communicate, loves the outdoors and is looking to try new places and looking for new experiences and most importantly, someone looking for a great relationship.
