Hi Guys,I am looking for a companion that enjoys dining and the outdoors. I love all outdoor activities including anything at the cottage or your beach house if you've got one(LOL) I'm very much into boating, water skiing, swimming and of course enjoying the SUN! Fit, Fun and Forty. What does one say about themselves on here? I love the outdoors for our two seasons summer and winter. I like winter when it is not ***then I am in front of a fire place with a beverage or board game. Playing golf, trip to the mountains, a hike, working out, camping (real camping) chilling, football/hockey game. Calgary Stampede. Watching the sun rise or set (while sipping wine)Independent and out going. Have two great boys which I adore and love. I share them half the time with their Dad. I can't imagine my life with out them. What do I want? Well life is fun, but better when you have someone you love that comes along for the ride. Support each other but at the same time laugh at each other. Make each other feel loved. It is great to have the same interests but I will have mine and you will have yours, but if we connect we will want to do almost everything together:)) I do enjoy someone who is easy going, adventurous, fit, laughs, spontaneous and likes to stay active but at the same time does not feel uncomfortable just hanging doing nothing. No drama needed but Honesty yes. PDA is a bonus. OH and I am not on here to chat endelessly so if you aren't interested in meeting please move on. I like to laugh, and am pretty happy generally with how my life is, I have great friends and I spend time with my family, I would just like a partner to share life with.I like to spend time at gallery openings, seeing live music, theatre, and dance, with a broad range of tastes in all. I love classical, especially chamber music, preferring small solos and quartets to large symphonies.I was hit by a car last March while riding my bike, a literal head-on collision with a minivan, so my physical activity is momentarily limited. I walk about 2- Can't wait to be back in top shape so I can enjoy my regular fare of running, cycling, hiking, snowshoeing, swimming...Throwing mid-week dinner parties is a worthy decadence. I cook like crazy, am half Italian and versed in French cooking, but most things I make are based on whole, organic foods made from scratch. I love fine dining and finding amazing hole-in-the-wall restaurants. I hate the word "foodie" and get called it a lot.I have travelled quite a bit and hope to do more. I like travelling in a variety of ways: road trips, backpacking or 5 star it, and pride myself on packing light. I have a passport, undies and a toothbrush in my purse at all times, ready for impromptu getaways.I am looking for someone who can hold a conversation, I like to talk about politics, religion and other topics that polite girls aren't supposed to broach, particularly over a bottle of a good red. On the other hand, I love puns, and being silly. I want someone who is a bit old fashioned, as I can't possibly make all the decisions and first moves. I like someone who has manners but is not pretentious. I don't want to be stood up, lied to or taken advantage of. I value quality over quantity.
