Also completed studies at the Naval War College, the National Defense University, the Armed Forces Staff College, the Defense Resources Management Center, and served as naval coordinator at the United States Marine Corps Staff and Command School in a multi-nation amphibious exercise. I am active in my church, and the Gideon International Society. My greatest joy is to spend time with my extended family and dear friends from my boyhood days growing up in Baltimore, and my Navy shipmates. Additionally, I speak enough Spanish to interact with my Latino friends. Traveling (Going to Israel in October), reading, and meeting with family and friends are my greatest joys.
