I'm very laid back, somewhat quiet, a little shy at first but once I get comfortable with someone everything is on the table. I love the outdoors whether it's hiking, canoeing, stargazing or just a nice country drive. I don't hunt, just fish a little, I prefer to just walk through the woods and check out all the cool sights... Huge old trees, critters, creeks...as well as lay in a dark field, look at the stars and planets and just let my mind wonder and imagine. I started hanging out in bars and clubs from a very early age ***due to playing drums in rock bands so that really doesn't interest me too much anymore, although I do enjoy going to see GOOD bands, just not being a bar-club fly. I do like to go out from time to time but I'd rather spend my free time with people close to me enjoying life, not putting up with the drama of drunks at a club.... The last thing I need or want is some dumbass wanting to fight because his ex-girlfriend happened to be in my field of vision!! A nice bonfire or cookout in the backyard with good friends is much more enjoyable. . I guess I'm looking for someone to get to know and possibly date some and if something more becomes of it that's great. The best things usually happen when you aren't expecting or working towards them, it just kind of sneaks in on you!!) but I also like OLD country...not the crap that passes for country today "chew tobacco chew tobacco chew tobacco spit "....REALLY?, Golden oldies, 70's, 80's, jazz (the best drummers I've ever heard) I can't really do techno, hip hop, or soft pop (basically anything that uses a computer for the band) I can tolerate it if i have to but......I would really just like to find a fun, caring, loving, honest, intelligent, beautiful lady to build a relationship with that will last a lifetime. Yeah, I know, I don't want much. Ideally it would be something very relaxed that we would both enjoy. Lots of smiles and laughs and just having fun.... Haha. Did I mention I have a warped sense of humor too! Really though, maybe just meet somewhere with a relaxed atmosphere that is fairly quiet so we could actually carry on a conversation and then take it from there. Hopefully we will both be anxious to see one another again very soon.

Here's some info that some of you might want to know...First and foremost...I am NOT a player. I want something Lasting! I spent 10 years in the U.S. Army. I went to college to get my degree as an IT Web Programmer/Analyst and plan to re-establish my web development business in this area. Currently, I work at a shipyard as a welder/fitter to pay the bills. I do love my job, but I've learned to find a balance between work and play. I enjoy life and having fun.
