First off, right now I would really like to find a long term relationship but do not want to rush in to anything. I would really like to be friends first, take things slow and go from there. I have been told I can be intimidating sometimes. Someone who is supportive but not overly clingy. I believe in needing our QT together but also maintaining our own identities at the same time. I have a dog who I adore so you must love dogs and animals in general.I am a conservative thinker and practical person as well. I think of myself as highly motivated yet able to just relax and enjoy life too. I am also very passionate about the outdoors. I am usually a pretty busy person and always on the go but some of my favorite memories are being alone in my tree stand and just sitting. I love big game hunting but so far have only deer hunted. I am new to both but fell in love the first time I went, plus spending time with her and seeing her happy makes it that much better.I am a hard worker and believe in work hard, play hard and expect the same out of my partner.I also love traveling, cooking and trying new things. There is a time and place for both.The small things in life that take your breath away are what I hold dear. I love my family although I don't see them as often as I'd like. I like all types of music but relate best to country.I'm fairly low key and not high maintenance, but can be picky about certain things. Getting dirty is fun but I love to dress up and go out on occasion too. Taking care of yourself is high on my priority list, also up there are being able to openly communicate, being independent and having common sense. I can enjoy a vacation pretty much anywhere but absolutely love just going up to the cabin and hanging out. Seasons don't matter to me - I can find enjoyment in winter and in summer. Autumn is probably my favorite time of year though.Things I highly find distasteful are liars and "selfie" pics. I am an adult and can handle the truth. I don't like it when people beat around the bush either - I find it a waste of time and feelings.Although I am a fairly busy person I do know how to make time for the right person.What I would like in a guy is someone who shares similar interests as myself but also has his own things, is sure of himself and isn't afraid to admit when at fault. I would prefer someone close to my age and at the same stage in their life as well. When it comes down to it though what I really need is a man who can also be a gentleman. I am also not into playing games or not taking finding a real relationship seriously so if you are not ready for that then I'm not interested.

I'm a super fun, go with the flow kind of girl. I am a definite dog lover, which is something I look for in a potential date. I am very involved with the dog rescue community, in which I foster, transport, dog sit, and also just volunteer at the shelter. I just started working at an Animal Hospital, which is pretty much a dream job for me. Don't get me wrong, I love people, too, but your day can't get much better when you get to work with animals all day. I love being outside, whether it be hiking, hanging out on the beach, out on a boat on the lake, or trying something I've never done before. Since I just started my new job, I finally have weekends off and I plan to take advantage of it. I'm very much a girly-girl, but I have no problem being covered in dirt when the occasion calls for it. I just love wearing dresses. I have one dog, Ella, who is my baby. If I had it my way, I'd take her everywhere with me. She also loves hiking and hanging out with other dogs. It doesn't take much to make me happy. I've been told that in my head, my world is all rainbows and puppies and butterflies...I have to agree with that one. I don't let very much get to me. I've learned to just go with it and eventually, everything will be okay. No need to stress about the things you have no control over. As far as music goes, I listen to just about everything. I don't watch very much TV, although Pitbulls and Parolees is up there on the list of my favorite shows. Such an awesome thing they have going at that rescue. I would love to have a shelter like that one day. As you can see, I am very serious about the dog thing...If you don't love dogs too, we probably won't hit it off. Nothing personal, they are just a huge part of my life. Happy Hunting everyone! As I said earlier, I am very easy to please. I'm up for anything, from hiking a nice trail and having a picnic lunch, to dinner at a nice restaurant with a great bottle of wine. Well, anything other than a movie...worst first date ever, unless you totally don't want to get to know your date. Other than that, I'm up for an adventure!
