Much easier to explain all this over the phone. Besides, why waste our time when most go by what they think of the picture. But I'll put something up. I am honest, loyal and committed. I like to go to movies and out to eat, also grill out. I like comedy and my favorite movie is super troopers. I listen to rock and metal music. I am an open book, ask anything you want and I shall tell.!!If you know what my header is from then we will surely get along! talk on the phone first for sometime till we agree, then we can decide where and what to do at that point.

I'm an easy going guy who usually gets along with everybody. I love to laugh and make others laugh, but also have serious side. Writing and music are probably my two biggest passions. I live in the mountains and you can usually find me at the lake or on a river in the summer and around a fire with friends in the winter. I love to just drive mountain back roads looking for the unusual and adventures. I grew up in the city and am just as comfortable there. Some of my favorite movies:Big Lebowski, Oh Brother where art thou?, Pulp Fiction, Office Space, Evil Dead 2, The Goonies, Apocalypse Now, Goodfellas... I could go on and on I guess. I love movies TV:Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy, Rules of Engagement, Arrested Development, American Horror Story, King of the Hill, Squidbillies... I could go on and on here alsoMusic:Other than writing, music is my biggest passion... I love music I have a 17 year old daughter who is with me quite a bit and she is the center of my world. I'm not looking for a quick hook up or any sort of drama. If you want great conversation, message me. :) I can guarantee it will not be a movie or a boring dinner :)

Some fun facts...-my parents are still married...and pretty old:)-I have one older sister....she is 51.-I have two cats that I rescued (found them in my parents' backyard) ten years ago. I love dogs , too...just don't have any right now.-I like to golf, but it's not an obsession-I bought my house in ***and still haven't lost it due to any poor financial planning.-I paid my car off years ago and have no immediate plans to replace it...I have been tempted from time to time.-I've worked for the same company for 14 years...some positives and negatives to that.-I like to read...magazines don't count.-I hate the section where we are asked to list the one word that best describes our personalities...I could describe myself as many things on that list...although rarely a princess and never a diva.-I will not willingly eat anything with coconut in it.-I recently started working out in earnest after a layoff and I am sore all the time...I expect this to fade sometime soon. (The soreness, not the workouts...hopefully).-I have a degree in chemistry (seriously...that's not a bad joke about my romantic skills).-if you are going to send me a message, please make it something with a little more substance than "Hi:)".-I would like to start hiking soon...could use a partner. -I love the beach...didn't get to go once this summer...again, would love to have a partner to go with.I'll add more soon... I think dinner or appetizers and drinks is the best, simple way to go on a first date. It allows you to talk and get to know each other (that's the point, right?) without too much pressure. Someplace quiet is usually best...a crowded, loud restaurant can be a bad idea. I have a couple of more original ideas, but I'm saving them.
