I'm Canadian but have not lived there since ***. Work and sense of adventure took me overseas, which then brought me to the US. I work out every morning before work, not always easy but always worth it. I enjoy everything from being outdoors, weather permitting, to hanging out at home. It would prevent a lot of wasted time talking to people with no common interests. For example...I like to ride a motorcycle with someone, especially on Sunday afternoons with a group of friends.
