Someone who tells me what's on their mind so I don't have to guess. Straight forward oh I like that! I guess if I had to sum it up in five words or less open, happy, easygoing, caring and respectful. Ta da! if that's you well then you know what to do! Something simple Like going to the zoo or museum. That way there are things you can look at and talk about so it is not so much like an interview.
