Before i describe myself i want to say i am an overweight man due to a knee injury that i am currently trying to loose weight to resolve, before i hurt my knee i was very active and loved to play sports and do all kinds of outdoor activities, and that is one of my main goals and reasons for looseing weight and getting healthy again, dont get me wrong im not a super depressive person or anything but blowing my knee out really ruined my hopes and dreams when it happend, but no more! Im sick of letting life act upon me so ive begun changing who i am and what i want out of life (I.E. A Family of my own, health and wellness, a partner to share my life with) i want it all lol! So its carpe diem (seize the day) time and thats what im trying to get back to doing.
