I'm interested in nearly everything; a problem solver who's never been prone to thinking 'inside the box'.-- who loves to laugh, a voracious reader, being out in the garden year round, creative or home improvement projects, interesting/intellectual conversation, expanding my mind, exploring new places, and meeting new people; plus the music is always on in my world, always! I'm a girl - I own a zillion pairs of heels to go with the little black dresses hanging in my closet []. But most often default to my cowboy boots to dance in, or my beloved flip flops + a good glass of wine while out digging in the garden or hanging out with friends & family. Love the sight/sound/smell of the ocean, or any body of water. I love to fly, and would travel the world if I could afford it. I also have a wicked good sense of humor, so you'll definitely need one too; it's a 'must have' in my world! The ex got to keep the unhappy life we were living, plus the friends who weren't really friends. Yet for the longest time, I believed I'd lost everything. Took me a bit longer to recognize the gift I'd been given -- the freedom & luxury to begin again, and who among us hasn't wished for a do-over at some point in our lives? I finally embraced mine with extreme gratitude, and now am happier than I've ever been. I'll always miss the feeling of having family around me; I grew up in a large extended family + had a fantastic experience raising my kids, but now it's just me, which admittedly can be a bit rough at times. I've paid my debts, purged the majority of my possessions, and happily watched my children settle into their own lives. I've no responsibilities other than to myself, the dog the kids left behind, and my elderly mother who's nearing the end of her journey. I'm now looking forward to doing all the things dreamed of but put aside in our early adult years, while we invested ourselves in building careers & raising children. Living through the hardships taught me the true gift of life -- tomorrow is always another day to get it right. "Just when the caterpillar thought its' life was over...it became a butterfly."; forth from city to country several times throughout the years, so I'm open to just about any direction at this point, and am more than willing to relocate for the one I don't want to be apart from. I have no set agenda for what the future will look like, or who I might be fortunate enough to spend it with --... My arms are free of baggage, my heart is wide open, and my soul is drawn toward what lies ahead - the proverbial blank slate ready for life's next great adventure, a new journey with a map yet to be written. I'm not here to endlessly date, or be someone's companion until they figure out what they really want. So if that's what you're here for, please be kind & pass me by. I'm simply seeking one man, who comes equipped with morals & personal integrity, to build a deep, lasting connection with. I'm thankful for my past, living in the present, and ready to build an even better future, full of greater possibilities than we ever expected - I hope you are too. Let's make lightening strike & squeeze every last fantastic drop out of this life!Is it possible to miss someone you haven't met yet? The space between my fingers is where yours belong.....where are you?~ *** want crazy....'~ *** Be Somebody'~ *** 'I can't change the world, but I can change yours' Prefer a first meeting to be casual and relaxed, somewhere that lends itself to conversation, to determine if we've been lucky enough to *** spark of chemistry. If not, no worries, it's always great to make new friends! However, if we should find ourselves that lucky & decide to have the infamous first date, then who cares what or where -- because hopefully, it will be our last...

Recently separated after 28 years of marriage. Hoping to find faith in dating again. I enjoy long walks, biking, swimming, karaoke, and simple living. I am a mother of 4, grandma of 4. I enjoy being with family. My aspirations are to travel and see the world and do the things I put off doing while raising my family. I love all aspects of music from classical opera to christian rock. I am looking for a God fearing, Christian man to share my life with. I want to be valued and cherished by a man who sees me as his equal, and treats me like his princess, or better yet, Queen. I have so much to offer, as I am kind, soft hearted, generous, faithful, dedicated, fun loving, and family oriented. I feel as if I have opened a door to a new world for me and have a brand new lease on life! Anything is possible! I have no regrets, am not bitter, for all that I have been through has made me into the strong woman that I am. Disclaimer note: if you are not a Christian, if you smoke, have any denial about addictions, have a criminal record, are abusive, manipulative, or controlling, you can exit stage left! All others, freely welcome to drop me a line!! . . . . And you might get a "nibble"! Something simple like a nice walk in a park and maybe lunch. Or maybe a bike ride, boat ride, visit a museum, or theater. Surprise me!
