Hiya! I'm Heather. Life and all of it's experiences are awesomely exciting. I currently travel for work and am out of the country for ***months at a go, but I'm hoping to change that and settle in one place soon. I'm a civilian Third Officer in the Merchant Marine working support missions for the Navy with an organization called the Military Sealift Command. We do some pretty rad stuff. I work hard, so when I come home I play harder. That involves a lot of road trips, nights out with the girls or my sister, reading fiction about modern day heroes (my recent find is an author who calls himself Dalton Fury who claims to be a former Delta troop commander and writes novels about operations in Afghanistan and Iraq), shopping, sleeping in, trying to learn how cook edible food and eating ice cream. I love ice cream. I try to jog to balance it out. It's mostly worked so far... I'm looking for a man who has a strong sense of purpose, a strong ethical core and who takes pride in his work. Honesty is key.
